About Kaleo Administration
This site is for managing Organizations in Kaleo: Learn About Kaleo. You need to be an authorized user to manage an organization. Using this site, one can setup or manage subscriptions for an organization, sponsor an organization, manage authorized users, and view activity for an organization and the area in which it is located.Authorized Users
There are two ways to become an authorized user of an organization on Kaleo. 1) The person who sets up the initial subscription for an organization becomes the first authorized user, with full permissions by default. 2) On a Standard or Premium plan additional users can be designated as authorized users.Permissions can be customized for each authorized user based on their role or responsibilities.
Organization SubscriptionKaleo is made available on a community-by-community basis. At this time, Organizations in Kaleo are limited to non-profit organizations that serve communities in which Kaleo is available. Non-profit organizations includes religious, civic, public and service organizations.
Many features in Kaleo require an organization to have a subscription. You can learn about the different subscriptions here: Kaleo Subscriptions
Sponsor an OrganizationOne way to help an organization use Kaleo is to sponsor them. Sponsoring an organization means that an individual purchases a subscription for the organization.
Manage and View ActivityOnce an organization has a subscription, authorized users can manage the organization listing, permissions and other things, as well as view activity related to their organization and community.
